How To Authorize Email

Many ISP's and Email clients are combating spam by filtering junk
mail out of your inbox. Unfortunately sometimes legitimate
email is mistakenly considered Junk Mail. Be sure to authorize
what you consider to be valid correspondence so that it lands in
your inbox as it should. Below are instructions on how to authorize a valid email address in various popular email
services (AOL, YAHOO email, etc.)
America Online users:

- AOL 9
- Open the email.
- Click the Add Address button on the right side of the
screen.
- Click OK.

- Open the email.
- Click Save Addresses.
- Click Save.

- AOL 8
- Open the email.
- Click the Add to Address button on the right side of
the screen.
- Click Save.

- Netscape
- Open the email.
- Right-click the From address.
- Click Add to Address Book.
- Click OK.

- AOL Netmail
- Open the email.
- Click the Add to Address button on the right side of
the screen.
- Click Save.

- Open or Preview the email.
- Right-click the From address.
- Click Add to Outlook Contacts.
- Click OK.

- Earthlink
- Open the email.
- Click Add Sender.
- The "Add to Address Book" pop-up appears
with name and email address.
- Click Yes

- Open the email.
- Click Add to Address Book.
- Click Add to Address Book again.

- Hotmail
- Open the email.
- Click Save Address.
- Click OK.
